My role is to execute a project’s conceptual vision considering the background, project aesthetic, location, and narrative, and deliver high-quality artwork packages for projects across a variety of industries.


Create original artwork, environmental graphics, and custom products that meet quality and conceptual framework as laid out by the Art Director ensuring architectural parameters are addressed for each placement.


Collaborate in creating custom product development with Project Managers and Vendors considering different materials, stated vision, time, and budget guidelines.


Ensure rigorous and creative use of templates and guidelines, while owning overall visual communication; clearly integrating art content, architectural drawings, illustrations, and diagrams.

ART NARRATIVE





Delivering style and substance that rocks.


Authentic. Passionate. Irreverent. Unpredictable. Democratic. That’s what rock is. The artwork featured within the Hard Rock Hotel will also display this aesthetic to celebrate the true essence of rock 'n'roll.

The space exudes an atmosphere that simultaneously energizes and relaxes, a blend of excitement and comfort. It's a place where art comes to life, and guests become part of a dynamic muscial spirit.

The art collection will aim to celebrate the diversity in music, while capturing it's energy and vibrancy. Bold colour, musical references, sonic wave lengths, and artisitc portraits will be key to this.

"It's about the essence of rock. What rock is underneath."

The artwork for the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma plays a significant role in the interior design of the guest rooms.

Each placement features custom artwork that seamlessly layer music-inspired imagery, geometric forms, and a bold color palette. Not only does this eclectic combination add a touch of visual interest and celebration of music to these spaces, but it seeks to evoke that playful, carefree atmosphere desired by guests on a holiday.

ARTWORK DEVELOPMENT





Adopting an electrifying approach to the world of rock 'n' roll I created a dynamic art collection, where iconic singers and bands come to life amidst a symphony of stage elements. Vibrant colors and paint stencils intertwine to capture the raw energy and essence of the stage, while lasers and soundwaves pulse in rhythm, echoing the heartbeat of this legendary music genre. The creative process predominantly hinged on Photoshop and Procreate, resulting in these captivating and unique pieces.





Taking inspiration from the electrifying stage presence of iconic bands and singers, this collection of diptychs and triptychs uses dynamic stencil art and custom fonts. Each piece pays homage to the musical legends through their powerful lyrics. The background designs, influenced by the vibrant lasers and kinetic energy of live performances, capture the essence of the stage. Incorporating area codes and zip codes, we celebrate the roots of these artists.


Notably, this is only an abstract, I single-handedly crafted over 70 artworks for this collection.





Spread throughout elevator lobbies adorned with captivating collages. Each collage is a vibrant tapestry, seamlessly weaving together poster designs from iconic concerts with the palpable energy of a live crowd. Vibrant colors and dynamic compositions leap from the walls, inviting you to relive the electrifying atmosphere of legendary performances. From the pulsating beat of the music to the ecstatic cheers of the audience, every element captures the essence of a transcendent musical experience.



ART NARRATIVE





The picturesque beauty and placement in nature make Canmore a place like no other. The art collection will aim to create a balance between personality and practicality, showcasing what the community and landscape has to offer through abstract representations and literal references. The prominence of these details has created a haven for both outdoor sports enthusiasts and nature lovers alike, with people travelling from all around to experience it's offerings.

Adopting a fun and playful approach aligned with the brand, I've crafted two distinct series of animal head designs inspired by the local wildlife. The first series exudes the charm of high school graduation photo shoots, while the second pays homage to location-specific vintage ski posters. The creative process predominantly hinged on Photoshop and Procreate, resulting in these captivating and unique pieces.





The resort's renowned for its unobstructed view of the 'Three Sisters' mountain range, inspiring a series of contemporary artworks that capture its essence.


Additionally, Lake Louise, a significant natural landmark, served as the backdrop for another series, featuring ice-fishing shacks against the majestic mountain backdrop. These collections not only offer a modern perspective but also serve as subtle, delightful nods to the local landscape.

ART NARRATIVE





The following art concepts look at different aesthetic approaches to the idea of movement. For the key placement at Reception, an aerial view of the Southampton shoreline, and the movement of ocean waves become inspiration for a dimensional wall piece. Effectively connecting back to a sense of place and movement. For the Exam Rooms, flowing lines and brush strokes are inspired by an Abstract Expressionist's captured gestures, celebrating the body's movement.

HSS performs more hip surgeries and more knee replacements than any other hospital in the US. HSS is the world’s leading academic medical center focused on musculoskeletal health.

ARTWORK DEVELOPMENT





Drawing inspiration from the world of musculoskeletal health and athletic movement. I made a series skillfully blends the fluid shapes of athletes in motion against a solid concrete background, creating a powerful visual narrative of strength, flexibility, and resilience. Bright, vivid paint scuffs and colors infuse these compositions with energy, symbolizing the vibrant spirit and determination of individuals committed to their physical well-being. Each piece captures the harmony between human anatomy and movement, celebrating the extraordinary capabilities of the musculoskeletal system.





Taking inspiration from the trail systems surrounding the area, including Tuckahoe Marsh Trail, Barcelona Neck Trail, Paumanok Path Loop, Big Woods Preserve, and Long Pond Greenbelt South Trails. Each piece in the collection intricately maps the trail paths, mirroring the twists and turns of these serene natural landscapes, against a backdrop of vibrant, bright paint scuffs and colors. Celebrating the connection between human musculoskeletal health and the therapeutic experiences that these trails offer. Inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the restorative power of these trails.



ART NARRATIVE





  • MEDITERRANEAN REVIVAL. The style entered North America in the 19th century. The aesthetic is an amalgamation of Spanish Renaissance, Spanish Colonial, Italian Renaissance, French Colonial, Beaux-Arts, Moorish architecture, and Venetian Gothic architecture. Clean lines, a calming color palette, and decorative tiles create a unique coastal sense of place and time.

  • DEPARTMENT STORE NOSTALGIA. Drawing inspiration from the history of the S. Klein and New York department store at 151 Fortaleza, we imagine the property showcasing nostalgic nods to its retail past through unique millwork details and display moments. Aged woods, tropical Art-Deco elements, streamlined organic shapes with mid-century modern accents, and brass details tell a story of a decadent past.

  • CARIBBEAN ECLECTIC. Looking at the Cuban immigrant community of Puerto Rico, we reflect on the look and feel of those influences. Cuba has had a unique impact on certain cultural landmarks such as the emergence of salsa, the production of sugar cane, fine cigars, and rum. Puerto Rico's rich history provides a broad range of cultural references which garners an eclectic and bohemian aesthetic and way of life.

A Cuban merchant's Mediterranean Revival estate with 1950s elegant Cuban interiors, infused with Afro-Caribbean decor and undertones.


The Mediterranean Revival style is layered in with vibrant Afro-Caribbean influences creating the perfect backdrop for the Cuban Merchant's home. Being a local celebrity who loves to host guests and cook, she brings the community together and makes them feel at home. The guests always bring gifts that are often locally made. These gifts adorn the interior, creating a uniquely eclectic space. Her treasures adorn the displays left behind from the building's Art Deco department store days.

Different series of products created drawing inspiration from the surrounding flora and city sights from Santurce, Puerto Rico. U Uses different painting techniques to create different moods for different parts of the property.







Different techniques use city sights and still objects as inspiration. Referring to the different changes, the city has gone through the times.







HISTORIC IMAGES





Using different historical media libraries, the series showcases the history of the community and the city itself. Showcasing street scenes, orange vendors, needlework factory workers, and land/utility development projects. Part of different groupings.
